The temporary or permanent nature of your placement does not constitute grounds for a chargeback or refund.

To protect large-scale deployments, any continuous block claim exceeding [X amount] triggers a 5-minute cooldown lock. During this window, those specific coordinates cannot be overwritten. However, at exactly T-minus 1 hour, all shields drop. The final hour is an absolute free-for-all. No coordinates are safe.
3. Content Moderation
Project Kairos is an open mirror of the internet, but it is bound by standard physical-world vendor compliance. Explicit adult content, illegal imagery, and hate speech will be surgically eradicated by system administration without a refund. The void is free, but it has boundaries.
4. Intellectual Property
Users retain all rights to their original IP (logos, artwork). However, by deploying pixels onto the Project Kairos grid, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to display, print, and distribute that configuration as part of the final, unified Artifact.
5. Payment Security & Anonymity
Absolute spatial anonymity. Project Kairos does not track, store, or sell your personal data. All financial transactions are heavily encrypted and processed directly through our secure webhook architecture. We never see or hold your credit card information.

When the master clock strikes exactly 00:00:00:00, the database drops into read-only mode and the payment gateway severs. Before the final snapshot is escalated to the physical tiers, it undergoes a strict AI and administrative audit. Any last-second injections of explicit or illegal content will be surgically scrubbed and reverted to the void. The final locked artifact is absolute.
